Privacy

• No cookies, analytics or trackers. The site loads nothing from other domains, not even fonts. No profiling, no automated decision-making.
• The theme (light or dark) and the language, if you change them, are saved in your browser. They never reach me.
• Hosting is Cloudflare Pages. Like any hosting provider, Cloudflare processes IP addresses and technical request data on my behalf, only to run the site and protect it from abuse. The legal basis is my legitimate interest in doing so (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Data is kept only as long as strictly necessary, under Cloudflare's own rules.
• Outside the European Union. Cloudflare is a US company: the transfer is covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which it has joined, and by standard contractual clauses. Details are in its privacy policy.
• If you email me, I use your address and message only to reply, and I don't share them with anyone.
• External links lead to other sites, with their own rules.

This policy covers only this site, nutellino.it. The games and other services it links to, even the ones I made, have their own rules.

The data controller is Samuele Chiocca, samuele@nutellino.it. You can ask me at any time to access, correct or erase your data, restrict or object to its processing, or receive it in a portable format: just send an email. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority.
